Important — not medical or mental-health care. Awakehelp provides access to spiritual and wellbeing guidance for personal growth. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, psychiatric, or mental-health treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care. Practitioners are not acting as licensed medical or mental-health providers through the Service. If you are in crisis or experiencing an emergency, call your local emergency number (e.g. 911) or a crisis line immediately.

These Terms govern your use of Awakehelp (the “Service”), provided by [Your Company / Your Name]. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service is a marketplace

Awakehelp connects “seekers” with independent “practitioners.” Practitioners are independent contractors, not our employees or agents. We do not provide the sessions ourselves and do not guarantee any outcome. Practitioners are solely responsible for their services, conduct, qualifications, and for holding any licenses or certifications they claim.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be [18+] to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account.

3. Bookings, payments & fees

Practitioners set their own session rates. The price shown is what you pay at checkout.
Payments are processed by our provider (e.g. Stripe). Awakehelp retains a platform fee of 30% of each booking; the practitioner receives the remainder.
Bookings generate a private video link for the scheduled session.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled up to [24 hours] before the start time for a refund, except where stated otherwise. Late cancellations or no-shows may be non-refundable. [Describe your final refund policy here.]

5. Practitioner terms

Practitioners apply and may be interviewed before joining. By offering services, practitioners agree to provide them lawfully and professionally, to hold required credentials, to honor booked sessions, and to comply with these Terms and applicable laws and tax obligations.

6. Gatherings

Local/regional gatherings are organized by hosts who are responsible for their events. Attend at your own discretion and risk.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, harass others, or provide false information. We may remove listings, content, or accounts and may suspend access for violations.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for the acts, omissions, advice, or services of practitioners or hosts, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Your interactions with practitioners are between you and them.

9. Governing law
